Azalea Trail Maids

Well I found out about 3 weeks ago that this coming fall for the first time ever homeschool girls will be able to try out for the Azalea Trail! This is really cool because I have wanted to try out since I was about 4 years old and was VERY disappointed when I found out when I was that homeschoolers were not allowed to participate. Now that homeschoolers are allowed I will be trying out!! :)

Cookies

I just made tulip shaped sugar cookies with Taylor and now we are going to watch Princess Protection Program.

My Dress

Mom and Dad gave me a civil war dress pattern that I had wanted for Christmas as well as a gift card for the fabric and Mom and I are going shopping tonight to get the fabric:) I will try and post pics while I'm working on it as well as when it's done :)

Well I haven't posted in a while but I'm going to try and start again:) Since I last posted our family took part in a WWII army day,and a 1500 reformation celebration, I have participated in the Mobile Home School Chorus (MHSC) and made most the costumes for the reformation day. I also have a baby sitting job two days a week and my school work so I stay pretty busy :) In addition to all of this we drove up to Pennsylvania the day after Christmas and stayed for a couple of days, it was cold but there was snow and we had a lot of fun. I think we brought the weather back with us because right now we are having some of the coldest weather I can remember lol. Sorry I'm rambling so I'll stop and hope every one stays warm:)
